Order Confirmation, Processing and Tracking

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. As your order progresses, you may receive additional updates including dispatch confirmation and tracking information.

Tracking details are provided once your order leaves our warehouse, allowing you to monitor delivery progress directly with the courier.

If you do not receive any communication, please:

• Check your spam or junk folder

• Confirm the email address used during checkout

• Contact our support team for assistance

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours (working days).

Orders placed after working hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During peak periods such as promotional campaigns, seasonal events, or holidays, processing times may be extended slightly due to increased order volumes.

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, but processing times are not guaranteed.

Courier Partners

To ensure safe and reliable delivery, IFMCG works with established UK courier providers including Royal Mail, Evri, Parcel Force, DHL, UPS, FedEx. Final choice is at IFMCG’s discretion.

The courier selected for your order may vary depending on:

• Parcel size and weight

• Product classification

• Delivery location

• Regulatory shipping requirements

We reserve the right and discretion to assign the most suitable courier to ensure compliance and safe delivery.

UK DELIVERY OPTIONS

Standard Delivery

• Estimated Delivery Time: 3 - 5 working days after dispatch

• Cost: * Free on orders over £45.00

  • £3.49 on orders below £45.00

• This is our most commonly used delivery method and applies to the majority of UK mainland addresses.

Express Delivery

• Estimated Delivery Time: 1 - 3 working days after dispatch

• Cost: £3.99

• A faster delivery option for customers who require their items sooner than the standard service.

Next Working Day Delivery

• Order Cut-off: 12:00 PM (Monday to Thursday)

• Estimated Delivery: Next working day after dispatch (not guaranteed)

• Cost: £4.99

• Important Conditions:

  • Orders placed before the cut-off time are usually dispatched the same day

  • Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed the next working day

  • Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM or during weekends will be processed on the next working day

  • No deliveries take place on weekends or bank holidays

  • This service is available only in selected UK areas

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS & EXCLUSIONS

Due to transport regulations associated with specific product types, some delivery services may not be available for certain orders or destinations.

Certain regions may:

• Require alternative courier services

• Have longer delivery timeframes

• Not qualify for free delivery or next-day options

These regions may include:

• Scottish Highlands and Islands

• Northern Ireland

• Isle of Man

• Channel Islands

• Other remote or offshore UK locations

Delivery eligibility depends on both postcode and product type.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES & LIABILITY

All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.

Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, IFMCG is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier operational issues

• Weather disruptions

• Industrial action (e.g. strikes, other)

• External events beyond our control

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, responsibility for delivery performance lies with the courier once the parcel has been dispatched.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & PROOF

Most deliveries are completed using tracked services. Couriers may provide:

• Delivery scans

• GPS confirmation

• Photographic proof of delivery

Once delivery is confirmed via tracking, the order is considered successfully delivered.

IFMCG cannot accept responsibility for:

• Loss or theft after confirmed delivery

• Parcels left in safe places

• Items accepted by neighbours or third parties

IF YOU ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT DELIVERY

If no one is available at the delivery address:

• The courier may attempt redelivery

• The parcel may be left in a safe place

• The parcel may be delivered to a nearby neighbour

• The parcel may be held at a local depot for collection

These actions are carried out at the courier’s discretion.

INCORRECT ADDRESS OR FAILED DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details at checkout.

If an order is:

• Delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error, or

• Returned to us due to failed delivery attempts

We will issue a refund for the returned goods only. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. We are unable to re-dispatch returned orders.

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS & REDIRECTION

If you choose to rearrange delivery, redirect your parcel, or provide alternative delivery instructions directly to the courier, this is done entirely at your own risk. IFMCG is not liable for any loss, damage, or wrongful delivery resulting from such arrangements.

MISSING OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us. A parcel is typically considered missing only after 10 working days have passed since the expected delivery date.

Investigation Process

• A claim will be submitted to the courier

• The courier may request additional information

• You may be asked to complete a claim form

Investigation Timeline

Courier investigations may take up to 30 working days. Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the investigation is complete and the courier confirms the parcel is lost. No refund or replacement will be provided before the waiting period has passed, during an ongoing investigation, or if delivery has been confirmed.

RETURNS POLICY

Returning Unwanted Items

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• Items are unused and unopened

• Items are in original packaging

• All seals and protective packaging remain intact

Returns must be authorised before sending.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return postage costs

• We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe return

• IFMCG is not responsible for returns lost in transit

Condition of Returned Goods

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our conditions or reduce refunds if the item shows signs of use or damage. Items that cannot be resold may not be eligible for a refund.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• We may request photos of the item, packaging, and evidence of the issue

Resolution Options

Once verified, we may offer a replacement, exchange, full refund, or partial refund depending on the nature of the issue.

Refunds are issued once returned items are received, inspected, and approved.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• If the item was purchased as a gift, refunds can only be issued to the original payer

• Your bank may take additional time to reflect the funds

What Is Refunded

Product cost is refunded. Shipping costs are refunded only in cases of faulty or incorrect items.

CANCELLATIONS

Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

After Dispatch

If your order has already been dispatched, you must return the items according to the return conditions. Refunds are processed only after returned goods are received and approved.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IFMCG shall not be liable for:

• Delivery delays caused by third-party couriers

• Loss or theft after confirmed delivery

• Customer-provided incorrect delivery details

• Returns not complying with policy conditions

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
